Refund & Deposit Policy

This Refund & Deposit Policy explains how deposits and payments are handled at Esculta Aesthetics ("Esculta," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing a deposit or making a payment, the patient ("Patient," "you") acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

Deposits Are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

The Patient understands and agrees that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the selected procedure and reserves the Patient's surgical date and related services. Failure to obtain medical clearance, changes in personal circumstances, or voluntary cancellation do not entitle the Patient to a refund of the deposit.

How Your Deposit Is Applied

Your deposit is credited toward the total cost of the procedure you selected. It secures your surgical date, the operating time reserved for you, and the coordination of related pre- and post-operative services. Because reserving your date removes that availability from other patients, the deposit compensates us for that reservation and is not held as a refundable balance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you choose to cancel for any reason, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded. Rescheduling a reserved date may be accommodated at our sole discretion and subject to availability; any rescheduling does not entitle the Patient to a refund of the deposit.

Medical Clearance

Some procedures require medical clearance prior to surgery. If clearance is not obtained, is delayed, or is denied for any reason, the deposit remains non-refundable. We strongly encourage patients to complete any required medical evaluations before placing a deposit.

Final Balance & Payment

The remaining balance for your procedure is due in accordance with the payment terms provided to you and the surgical agreement you sign in person. Specific pricing, payment schedules, and any applicable fees are confirmed during your consultation.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing a deposit, the Patient agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that is inconsistent with this policy. Any billing concern should first be directed to us using the contact details below so we can address it directly.

Exceptions

Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of Esculta Aesthetics and is only valid if provided to you in writing by an authorized representative.

Relationship to Other Agreements

This policy is provided for general information. In the event of any conflict, the specific surgical and financial agreement you sign in person governs. Nothing in this policy constitutes medical advice.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Deposit Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes.
